Used to be a biology teacher, before diverting to food science, to become a food quality controller for a local food industry in Uganda.

Watching documentaries and cathing up with news, joking around, choir singing and reading.

Was in the Royal Guard

in Spain, left home at 17 y.o and have been self-sufficient

Always out meeting new people over fine cuisine to form alliances and aquiring exciting contacts!

Travelling to discover different cultures, personal development and cooking healthy meals.

Worked as a cook and sold cakes for birthday parties! Used to live in Chile and in the UK.

On early morning runs or exploring a passion for rock music and theatre by taking lessons in acting and electric guitar.

Baking healthy desserts, interior design and taking long peaceful walks by the beach.

Have lived in New York and Los Angeles and now lives in Japan. Has a twin brother that he sometimes DJ's live music with for fun!

Camping or hiking the Himeyama Mountain in Yamaguchi City or playing with his kids.
